We invited our research collaborator, Dr. Yann Guerardel, Director of Unité de Glycobiologie Structurale et Fonctionnelle, Lille University, France, to CCRC.
During his stay at the CCRC, he gave a seminar entitled “Zebrafish-Mycobacteria Host-Pathogen Model: A Playground for Glycobiologists”. Also, we had a meeting with him discussed about our collaboration, the topics include: use of DANGO on different MS instruments (e.g. Shimadsu IT-TOF), expanding our GSL database for the analysis of GSLs from Zebrafish and other vertebrate and Invertebrates.
